    *Using a camera to inspect the firebox, smoke chamber, and flue.

    *Exterior inspection of chimney

    *Inspection report emailed with pictures and details of the fireplace, along with any recommendations for repair.

  • Gas Appliance

    Fully Enclosed Gas or Propane Fireplace, normally started with a wall switch or remote

    *Visual inspection of the interior of the appliance, glass and venting.

    *Testing of the pilot and valve along with other components of the system for functionality.

    *Cleaning of the glass and replacement of batteries if needed

  • Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Dryer Vent Inspection, Cleaning, and Rerouting

    *Inspection of the dryer vent system including backpressure and flow readings.

    *Cleaning of the system from the outside in, preventing lint from possibly being clogged in the termination.

    *If needed, rerouting the system to decrease length of venting and backpressure, also increasing lifespan of the dryer.

  • Chimney Water Leak

    Inspection of the exterior and interior portions of the chimney and fireplace to determine areas of water penetration.

    *Visual inspection of the chimney and exterior portions of the fireplace.

    *Visual inspection of attic area around chimney if applicable.

    *Possibility of water test to recreate water leak for further evaluation.

    *Note-Chimney Swifts are federally protected animals and can not be removed. We can however give you options for after their migration season, to prevent future visits.

  • Chimney Sweep

    Cleaning out the firebox, smoke chamber, and the flue

    *Placing tarps to protect floors and furniture

    *Set up of specialty vacuum with Hepa filtration to prevent soot and dust from entering the home

    *Using a rotary brush system to clean creosote and soot from the flue.

    This service requires a chimney inspection to be performed.
