A $175 Level 2 fireplace and chimney inspection combines accessible visual inspection with camera-assisted scanning and thermal imaging. This is especially important during a home purchase, after a chimney fire or major storm, before significant repairs, or when fireplace performance has changed.
The purpose is not simply to produce a pass-or-fail label. Craig documents observable conditions, explains inspection limitations, and identifies whether maintenance, repair, additional evaluation, or restricted use is appropriate.
DRYER VENTS, AIRFLOW, AND BOOSTER FANS
Large Missouri City and Sienna homes may place the laundry room far from an exterior wall. Long vent runs, attic routes, roof terminations, multiple turns, and booster fans can create restrictions that are not visible behind the dryer.
